I got a gold max chaos axe with +14% while enemy hexed - not while your hexed. I have not previously heard of or seen this mod.

Its not overly exciting if it only goes to 15%. If it goes to 20%, then that would probably be more attractive than 15>50 for many builds.

I do not know how to post a screeny.

Probably. I just had never heard of the mod before.

fire dam 11-20 req 7 fire magic
Improves casting speed using water magic skills, chance 15%
Improves skill recharge using smiting prayers skills, chance 16%

Don't know if some of these are coming out in preperation for other build types?

dmg +15 vs hexed foes have been out i was using a fellblade like that for a long time, till i found my new fellblade thats sweet. Yes the mods have been out but rare, they may have been picking up for the upcoming expansion though.

I sold a similar wand. Req fire, healing casting and death recharge, for 5k. Its versatile.

The buyer could be an e/mo or e/n and use the same weapon. And as for the price, mine was max, 19% on healing and 18 on death.

+20% damage is only for the two negative conditions: Health <50% and While Hexed.

The rest (>50% hp, Stance, Enchanted and Vs Hexed) are maxed at 15%.
